| For fastest service & to avoid additional art charges, please provide a digital file in one of the following formats: MAC or PC vectored .ai or .eps; must be compatible with Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or Corel Draw 10.0 & with type converted to curves. Bitmap files such as Adobe Photoshop (.psd), .tif, or .bmp must be created and saved at actual size high resolution: 300 ppi for t-shirts, 600 ppi 1 color only for signs and decals . Our production method allows for limited halftones or tint screens and fine detail, Sterling Impressions will review the art file on a per job basis and confirm if it is compatible with our printing methods. Files not meeting these criteria will incur edit or custom art design charge at $50.00 per hour or portion thereof, and 2 -3 days additional lead time. Files under 8 megs can be emailed to sterlingimp@yahoo.com. We accept .zip or .sit compression types.
